Katie Tengel Speech Language Learning

I had the pleasure of working with Katie Tengel for three years. As an occupational therapist, I have learned so much from collaborating with Katie. Aside from her expertise in speech and language, Katie also utilizes sensory and behavioral strategies with clients to achieve maximal therapeutic results. Katie communicates clearly and effectively with parents and other providers, and she builds rapport with clients quickly and easily. Katie is a knowledgeable speech language pathologist who truly cares about her clients and their families! 

When schools went virtual and summer camps were cancelled, we reached out to Katie for some help with dealing with some social emotional challenges our daughter was facing.  Katie is extremely kind and respectful.  She provided us with skills to work with our daughter and has really been able to develop a terrific rapport with her.  She helped us prepare our daughter for the birth of our second child and has been an terrific resource in helping us nature and instill growing self confidence in our daughter.  We feel lucky to have her on our team to help us make decisions in the best interests of our daughter.
